Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Although for certain routes the ticket does not display passenger details, it is non-transferable and cannot be used by third parties.

Is there a "hop-on hop-off" ticket for intermediate ports?

No. The ticket is valid only for the specific journey indicated. It is not possible to stop at intermediate ports and continue later with the same ticket; a new ticket will be required for the next leg of the journey.

Can I bring pets on board?

Pets are allowed on board, provided you notify us at the time of purchase. Conditions are specified in the Official Regulations.

Are there any special discounts or agreements?

Currently, no special discounts or agreements of any kind are available.

How long before departure should I arrive for boarding?

You must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure, equipped with a valid ID.

Can I bring luggage?

One free piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 50x35x20 cm is permitted. Additional luggage will be subject to the standard fee.

Do children travel for free?

Children under 3 years old travel for free. For children between 3 and 12 years old, a reduced fare is applied.

Is boarding available for passengers with disabilities?

Access is permitted for passengers with reduced mobility. We recommend arriving well in advance to facilitate boarding procedures.

What should I do if my trip is cancelled?

If the carrier is forced to cancel the trip, you can request a refund by filling out the form available on our website.
